A plain-language starting draft. Have a lawyer review it before relying on it.
1. Using Youmek
Youmek is a daily planner with wellbeing and faith features. You can use it without an account. You are responsible for what you enter.
2. Premium (when available)
Youmek Premium will be offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, and as a one-time Ramadan Pass that lasts 30 days. Prices are shown before you buy and may vary by country.
- Phones: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies.
- Web: payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel anytime; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials and introductory prices: a trial becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. An introductory price lasts for the stated number of months, then the regular price applies.
3. Not medical or religious advice
Youmek does not give medical, mental health, legal, financial or religious rulings. Prayer times are calculated estimates; check with your local mosque when it matters. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service or try to break its security.
5. Your data
Your content belongs to you. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes and availability
We may update Youmek and these terms, and will tell you in the app about important changes. We try to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted.
7. Liability
Youmek is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using the app.
